We calculate the shipping fees depending on the country you are buying from. Please, make sure you check out the countries we ship to.
We also offer free shipping when the purchase goes up from a certain price, check the countries we offer free shippings.
For the moment we just offer express delivery for Spain (peninsula) and Balear Islands. The rest of deliveries are standard, delivery times change based on the country you are buying from.
Depending on the quantity of your purchase you may notice a different shipping price, this is because we also calculate the delivery fees depending on the weight. You need to purchase a big quantity to notice the difference.
Please, note that we prepare the packages from Tuesday to Friday so if you purchase any item on Saturday, Sunday or Monday the estimated time delivery may change.
We ship with Correos or UPS and both courriers may change the delivery estimated time during Christmas or any other special ocaisons, for example for the Black Friday, due to the large number of shippments. Also note that some locations may be affected on the estimated time delivery due to the Covid-19
In case you change your mind about your purchase you can return and ask for a refund or change the product within 14 calendar days since the arrival. Items must be unworn and unwashed and have all tags attached. You must keep the original package to return it and cover the return fees, we're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns. To start the returning request send us a mail at email@example.com indicating what you want to do (refund or change), your name and your order number. We'll reply with returning instructions.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Unfortunately we do not refund delivery charges on any orders. Please note it can take 3 - 5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer. Refund will be made with the same method as the original purchase.
We treat our packages with great care and review the product in detail, so if the product really arrives damaged from the factory or a product you had not ordered arrives, we will cover the return costs. If it's factory damaged or we send you the wrong product you must give prove of it sending clear pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and the order number, just then we will start the return request and verify the case within 1 - 3 business days. If your request it's denied you can choose to keep the product or return it covering the return fees. If it's verifyied we will send you the returning instructions.
Please, note that you have to make your returns from the same country you bought them.
